Kensington Garden Senior Villa community, in the City of Waterville, offers ranch-style villas for residents 55 and older. Each villa features two bedrooms and two full baths, including an attached garage with storage and a private deck. Our open design floor plan connects the living room with the kitchen and dining area. Large windows and a sliding glass door provide views of the beautifully landscaped grounds. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a food pantry, and a washer & dryer closet. The master suite has a spacious double-door closet and a private bathroom. Villas now include new plank vinyl flooring in the living rooms and front doors with etched glass windows for more natural light.

Villas are $1200 per month, non-smoking, pet-free and require the resident to be at least 55. To keep residents’ utility bills as low as possible each villa is metered separately and equipped with a high efficiency electric heat pump and insulated with sprayed-in cellulose insulation.
